Zeolite cartridge filters consist of a zeolite filter medium within a stainless-steel filter body with a frame and two outer layers of expanded mesh. Thanks to the unique structure of zeolite, this type of filter is particularly suitable for absorbing vapor and drying air. Zeolite filters can be regenerated in an oven. In professional kitchens, they should be used in conjunction with an activated carbon filter to eliminate unpleasant odors.
